This Privacy Policy explains how HIGHLANDS HOMEWARE LIMITED ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use Highlands Home at highlandshome.shop. We are the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

When you contact us we collect the name, email address and message you provide so we can reply.
When you use the studio, your board choices are processed in your browser to produce a texture board. We do not require an account to generate a board.
We collect limited technical data such as anonymised usage statistics to keep the site reliable.
How we use your data
To respond to enquiries, to operate and improve the studio, and to administer credits and subscriptions once payment is connected.
We rely on your consent, our legitimate interest in running the service, and, where relevant, the performance of a contract with you.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the site, and only as needed to deliver the service.
When online payment is connected, a payment provider will process your payment details directly; until then no card details are collected.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our legal obligations, then delete it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing.
