The service

Highlands Home generates digital texture boards in wool, stone, weathered wood and heather, with a material warmth note and a shortlist of ordinary home accents.

The service is for inspiration only. It does not provide heating appliance advice, fire safety advice, installation, structural advice, professional interior design or any guaranteed outcome.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the studio for lawful, personal and non-infringing purposes, and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to reverse engineer the service.

Credits and subscriptions

Texture board generation may use credits purchased as one-off packs or through a monthly subscription. One generation uses one credit.

Online payment is not yet connected; checkout currently shows payment provider pending and no charges are taken. When payment is connected, applicable plan terms and prices will apply.

Home accents

Accents shown are ordinary decorative homeware. Ordering is not yet available and prices are indicative until checkout is connected. Shipping and returns are described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The site, its design and its content are owned by us or our licensors. Boards you generate are for your personal use.

Liability

The service is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of inspiration content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
